Fear of Rain brings out only the most devoted…

Great group today. Those lunges to sprints were brutal. We looked awesome doing it.
Some of the sprints were close. Joe you need to pick it up but Lara makes these look easy.

Everyone is very grateful for those who came out last weekend. It was warm and sunny and everything was perfect. As we know, not every day will like that.

Although, sometimes it is beautiful in Central Park.
