Superband Circuit Workout

Do this group of exercises as fast as you can timed:

  • 40 squats (knees to 90 degrees)
  • 40 alternating lunges (back knee almost to floor)
  • 20 plyometric lunges
  • 10 jump squats
  • **1 min rest and repeat

Follow that with an 880 meter sprint (around the Great Lawn)

60 Second circuits
* Pull-ups using Superband
* Sit-ups
* Superband row
* Plank
*** repeat 3x keeping track of how many of each exercise you can do in 60 seconds
